Refunds or cancellations of orders will be processed as follows.
1. All custom orders will not be refunded if the final result isn't satisfactory for the customer. We will keep in contact with the customer as the piece is made to ensure that is what is wanted.
2. A deposit will be required on customer orders. We ask that 25% of the purchase price be deposited.
3. For custom orders please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
4. For already made items on site, the seller will refund the purchase price of the item. The seller will not refund shipping.
These next items have to do with Stitches and Sweets consumable products.
1. When ordering, please provide the best contact information. We will be emailing or calling to verify items and any allergies that need to be considered when producing.
2. All orders must be received by 5 pm CST on Tuesday evening, for pick up by Friday of that same week. We do NOT ship any baked goods. Should you require something different please email or call prior to ordering.
